On January 28 2025, SPACE UK returned to the London Stadium as one of the UK’s most forward-focused events for the property sector.
The day brought together leaders across real estate, construction, design and technology to explore how the built environment is evolving. From smart systems and retrofit innovation to net zero strategies and building resilience, the conversations were bold, practical and focused on progress.
With a packed programme of talks, panels and networking, SPACE UK created the ideal setting for new ideas, collaboration and challenging outdated thinking in the industry.
CALMFLOOR: Performance without compromise
As the world’s first out-of-the-box active mass damper for floor vibration control, our technology drew attention for enabling high-performance environments without the need for structural intervention.
By reducing embodied carbon by up to 50% and supporting lighter, more flexible designs, CALMFLOOR offers a smarter approach to serviceability — aligned with the event’s forward-thinking ethos.
