a structure into residential spaces.
CALMFLOOR detects floor vibration and counteracts it in real time, controlling multiple frequencies simultaneously. Its adaptive response makes it well suited to changing conditions, with targeted control focused on the areas where residents experience the greatest disturbance.

Structural stiffening and modification can involve extensive work, high costs and residents temporarily vacating their homes. Where suitable, CALMFLOOR offers a faster, substantially lower-cost route to improved floor performance. Compact units measuring 630 × 385 × 122 mm (approximately 25 × 15 × 5 inches) can be concealed within fixed furniture, mounted beneath the floor slab or attached to structural beams where access permits. Each unit connects rigidly to the structure to deliver effective control that lasts. Installation can often be phased across a residential building, helping residents remain in their homes while the issue is addressed.
