Paul Reynolds
CEO & Co-founder
Paul is a vibration control specialist with expertise in structural dynamics, vibration engineering, structural vibration control, human-induced vibration and vibration isolation. Previously a Professor at the Universities of Sheffield and Exeter, Paul has authored over 150 papers on vibration serviceability and control.
Emma Hudson
CTO & Co-founder
Emma is an active vibration control specialist with expertise in modal analysis structural vibration control and research and development. Emma has led the technical development of CALMFLOOR and supporting technologies including CALM Connect and CALM Sim.
Alex Pavic
Technical Consultant & Co-founder
Alex is a building floor vibration specialist with experience spanning 25 years and over 200 commercial and research projects. Alex is also Professor of Vibration Engineering at the University of Exeter.
James Brownjohn
Technical Consultant & Co-founder
James’ career has encompassed vibration serviceability and many notable engineering, monitoring and modelling roles. James is also principal investigator for three EPSRC-funded projects at the University of Exeter.
Chris Tester
Operations Manager
Chris has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of operational management, including 5S, H&S, ISO certification and lean organisational management as well as independent consultancy expertise.

Global Business Development & Commercial Manager
Chris brings extensive experience in application technology sales, particularly within the construction sector. With a keen focus on driving sales growth, he plays a key role in supporting our agents and resellers, helping to accelerate our global sales reach.

Charlie is the face of CALMFLOOR’s frontline sales operation. He’s responsible for reaching customers across market sectors who will benefit from a revolutionary, structural intervention-free resolution for their building vibration challenges.
Kobina Intsiful
Head of US Sales & Market Development
Kobina leads US market development, with a background in mechanical engineering and over a decade of experience in building performance. Having delivered 40M+ square feet of projects, he understands the challenges traditional vibration solutions create. He partners with design teams on new construction and retrofits to implement active vibration control as a more flexible, lower-impact alternative.
Yichao Ma
Design & Development Engineer
Yichao has undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and is
highly-skilled in coding, CAD and project management. His engineering expertise is
integral to our creative team.
Angus Harding
Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Angus is a skilled mechanical engineer with hands-on experience across simulation, design, and development. He contributes to vibration simulation, prototyping and the continuous improvement of mechanical systems and software tools.
Azmat Bilal
