CALMFLOOR active floor vibration tech announces New York office for April

CALMFLOOR is excited to announce a US office will open in New York in April. The milestone marks a significant step in our journey, having already made waves in the construction industry across the UK and into Europe. However, it’s North America where demand for CALMFLOOR’s vibration-controlled environments has surged – and drive the rapid growth we’re eager to meet.

A US HQ in New York was a natural next step for the team behind the world’s only active floor vibration technology. Following a series of high-profile project commissions and appearances at major industry events, CALMFLOOR has gained widespread traction across the United States. The new office will be a vital hub for sales, supply and technical support and give us the opportunity to work even more closely with our growing network of US agents and resellers. We’ll also be based alongside our American investors and the AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) partners who have championed our pioneering technology and been instrumental in our success.

Steven Senior, COO at CALMFLOOR, will spearhead the project for the first six months and will be available in New York from April through September 2025.

The appeal of CALMFLOOR active mass dampers (AMDs) lies in the speed and simplicity of deployment that’s captured the attention of US property owners, agents and engineers needing an instant, non-invasive solution to a vibration problem.
