As the CALMFLOOR scale-up journey continues to make waves across the global construction sector, we’re delighted to announce two high-profile appointments to the FSD Active team in the UK.
Joe Pearce is our Head of Growth and will lead the continuing CALMFLOOR scale-up. Joe is an experienced leader and manager and has spent 20 years in Higher Education, designing and delivering Business Acceleration and Innovation programmes for a number of high growth, investment-backed businesses. Joe’s expertise also embraces the delivery of various multi-million-pound projects that have grown a vast regional start-up ecosystem in the UK.
Chris Tester joins us as Operations Manager with a responsibility for driving operational excellence across all aspects of the business. Chris brings over 30 years’ experience in operational management, including 5S, H&S, ISO certification and lean organisational management. Chris also has a proven track record of independent consultancy expertise.
